This project was developed for Torre Única in Puerto Madero, Argentina, designed by Grupo Pininfarina and developed and commercialized by Vizora Desarrollos, positioning architectural visualization as a strategic instrument within a large-scale real estate operation.

Magrit Studio produced a series of high-resolution digital renderings that accompanied the advancement of the residential tower, clarifying spatial hierarchies, façade articulation, materiality, and atmosphere while establishing a precise visual framework for investor communication and commercial presentation. The imagery was conceived not merely as marketing output but as a tool for spatial verification and design alignment, ensuring consistency between architectural intent and its external representation. Overall, the work integrated architectural expression, representational rigor, and market positioning into a cohesive narrative, reinforcing the project’s identity within the context of Puerto Madero’s contemporary skyline.
