327 Central Park West was a full renovation of a Manhattan residential unit, combining a complete electrical and plumbing retrofit with a fully integrated interior design approach. Proposal included the development of a cohesive interior concept from early planning through execution, aligning technical constraints with spatial and atmospheric ambitions. The work included the design, detailing, and specification of custom millwork and bespoke furniture pieces, along with full FF&E selection and coordination, covering furnishings, lighting, rugs, finishes, and key fixtures. A comprehensive material and color palette was developed to ensure continuity across rooms, balancing durability, tactility, and a clear visual identity.

The project also required close coordination with contractors and specialist trades, including electricians, plumbers, and fabricators, to translate design intent into built outcomes. Responsibilities included managing design clarifications, reviewing shop drawings and installation decisions, and supporting site coordination to maintain quality standards, schedule, and consistency throughout the renovation.

Client-facing deliverables were produced in collaboration with architect Giu Mastronardi and included floor plans, design proposals, mood boards, rendering packages, and presentation materials used for decision-making, approvals, and procurement. Overall, the work positioned visualization and documentation as active design tools, enabling a more comprehensive, controlled, and legible process from concept to completion.
