This project was developed for Vizora Desarrollos as part of the real-estate marketing and positioning strategy for a large-scale development, where architectural visualization operated as a core instrument for commercial communication across the entire complex.
Magrit Studio produced an extensive set of 15 high-resolution digital renderings, including aerial perspectives and targeted, sales-oriented views tailored to the marketing narrative of each building. The images were developed to support investor and buyer communications, pre-launch and launch collateral, and professional presentation materials, while also clarifying massing, façade articulation, material intent, and atmosphere at both the urban and building scale. Conceived as more than promotional imagery, the work provided a consistent visual framework that aligned design decisions across the complex and strengthened the project’s identity within the competitive real-estate context.
Work involved the development of architectural visualizations in collaboration with leading Argentine studios, including MRA+A (Mario Roberto Álvarez & Asociados, known for large-scale institutional and corporate architecture), BMA (Bodas Miani Anger, a multidisciplinary practice with a strong international portfolio), Gómez Platero (an interdisciplinary studio working across architecture, urbanism, and development), Urgell Penedo Urgell (recognized for high-end residential and commercial projects), and McCormack (focused on contemporary residential design). The work required translating diverse design approaches into precise, high-quality imagery, supporting both project development and client-facing communication.
